There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds given on subscriptions, once-off purchases and custom merchandise. All orders are considered final and refunds are not given for 'incorrect choices', 'change of mind' purchases, or for 'exchanges'.

The idea of a subscription box is the magic in receiving a box of goodies and our custom merchandise is made to order which is why there are no returns, exchanges or refunds. 

Please mark your calendar for your monthly renewal on the 28th of each month, refunds are still not processed after a renewal payment processes and a subscription has then been cancelled. 

If a box or item is returned to send (RTS) by the post office or refused by the buyer, it will be reshipped at the buyers expense. The customer will be notified by email of return and have 5 business days to respond to arrange redelivery. We will provide you the exact shipping charges as quoted by the courier, payment arrangement will be set up by us. 

No refunds are given for returned packages. Additionally, please make sure to read our FAQ's and refer to our sizing chart for our custom merchandise prior to ordering.
