Here you will find all of our most frequently asked questions and the answers you need - for our subscription box and Boss Babe merchandise.

Is there a contract?

No! You can subscribe to our month-to-month box (pause, skip or cancel anytime)

If you agree to a 3 month, 6 month or 12 month subscription plan, then you need to stay for the full commitment period.

All renewals are charged to your credit card on the 28th of each month. You will get a reminder email in advance in case you need to make a last minute change to your address or billing information. 

When will I be granted access to the online platform?

You will be granted access on the 1st day of the month you have subscribed for. 

For example, if you have subscribed to our July box, you will be granted access on July 1st. 

When will the workshop be hosted?

Members Workshop is hosted between the 20th and 25th of the months' box you're subscribed for - the date will be determined within our members hub to ensure a vote on date and time is fair for all

When will the members virtual catch up be hosted?

Members Virtual Meetup is hosted between the 15th and 20th of the months' box you're subscribed for - the date and time will be determined within our members hub to ensure a vote on date and time is fair for all

When will my box arrive?

All monthly boxes ship at the same time to our members – on the 10th of the month (or closest business day, if the 10th falls on a weekend) – and it should take just a few days (sometimes up to 10 business days) for your beautiful pink package to arrive at your doorstep!

What is the cancellation policy?

You have the freedom to pause, skip or cancel at any time on our month-to-month subscription. The cut off date to do this is the 27th day of the month.  

Our 3-month, 6-month and annual plans are for the duration stipulated, and you are liable to make the monthly payment throughout the duration of this, billed on a consecutive monthly basis. 

Do you offer refunds?

Sorry, but we do not offer refunds on boxes that have already been shipped. The majority of the subscription box contents is revealed prior, therefore you are agreeing to receiving these items when you join. While we don’t reveal all the contents in advance, we do announce the theme and at least 3 out of 5 products and give you a sneak peek.  If you don’t like the box contents, then that is the perfect opportunity to gift some of the items to your customers and clients. But make sure you cancel your auto-renewal so you aren’t stuck with another shipment that’s not a good fit for you.

Can I give this as a gift?

Yes! In fact, it's the best subscription box to gift the boss babe! (remember our membership is way more than just a subscription box). To gift a membership, just add it to your cart and check “This is a gift” at checkout. Choose the length of their subscription (most gift subscriptions are 6 months) and whether or not it will automatically renew (most are non-renewing). You can leave a gift message which we’ll deliver with the box and via email when we ship it. Be sure that you correctly enter YOUR billing address and THEIR shipping address.

I ordered a Boss Babe Box and a Boss Babe merch product(s), will they be shipped at the same time?

Yes, they will be shipped out at the same time but may come in two different parcels, therefore two different tracking numbers. We will inform you of this at the time of dispatch from our warehouse. 

What happens if my package never arrives?

We're sorry this has happened! But it is out of our hands! You will need to contact Australia Post via this click link. Lodge a missing parcel enquiry and then get in touch with us with a lodgment receipt. We can then back this if needed. We need to be notified within 2 weeks of your parcel being sent to you if it has unfortunately gone missing. If your parcel had an attempted delivery and then was returned to sender, you will need to pay the shipping fee again. If your address has been put in incorrectly at checkout, contact us ASAP (24hrs) to rectify this. Once the package(s) has left our warehouse, it is in Australia Posts' hands.
